A very nicely done, useful tool! Does both print and electronic sources.

Search capabilities allow users to find links rapidly in this expansive site.

  • Living Free: a Non-Profit Animal Sanctuary - This Mountain Center, California sanctuary rescues animals due to be euthanized from animal shelters then prepares them to go to new homes. Living Free does not accept animals from the public.

  • LOCKSS - LOCKSS is open source, peer-to-peer software that functions as a persistent access preservation system. Information is delivered via the web, and stored using a sophisticated but easy to use caching system.

  • Low Cost or Free Spay - Neuter Programs in the United States: California Programs in the United States California - Resource list for the entire state with tips on getting help even if your area is not represented.

  • Luminarium - If you are looking for English literature from 1350 - 1660, this is the place to be. This beautifully designed site is divided into three parts: Medieval 1350 - 1485, Renaissance 1485 -1603, and 17th Century 1603 - 1660. Each part has links to essays about that particular body of literature as well as links to other Internet resources.
